SHIPPING & TRACKING
How does the delivery process work?
Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
How do you ship your orders?
We deliver our orders through third party delivery service. Herbs & Health ships to almost all parts of India. We do not process orders on Sundays & National Holidays.
Do you ship to international locations?
We do not currently offer international shipping options. Special requests can be handled with prior confirmations. Please contact customer service at:

How much time does it take for an order to be delivered?
We deliver your order within 2-3 business days post-dispatch in A-1 and A-2 Metros (New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and Hyderabad). For the rest of the cities, we deliver between 2-5 business days. Delivery by ground takes a little longer than air couriers. Ground-shipped orders are delivered to you between 5-7 business days post-dispatch. Deliveries to very remote locations such as Northeast may take up to 7 business days or longer, depending on the location’s geographical constraints. If it is a remote location, then extra delivery charges may apply.
How can I track my order?
As soon as we ship your order, you receive an e-mail notification with a link to track your order. You can also access this information from your & My Account’ section at the top right corner on our website https://www.herbsandhealth.in. Online tracking usually goes live within 24-48 business hours post shipping. If you have a tracking or delivery number, you can also track your package by clicking our delivery partner links provided in your shipment confirmation email. If you did not receive email, please check your spam folder.
Non-Availability on Delivery
Our delivery partners will attempt thrice before an item is returned to our warehouse. Please make sure, you add your available phone/mobile number in shipping address while you place an order, this will speed up the delivery process.
Proof on Delivery
For some delivery locations & for some high value products, our delivery partner may require a valid ID proof for delivering the good. Please call us at +91-22-26008333 if you have any questions.
What are the shipping charges?
The shipping charges may apply on a product. The charges will vary depending on the quantity of a product. The charges will be mentioned on the cart page.
CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Should you wish to return all or part of your order, you need to inform us within 2 business days of receipt of the package. You can inform us by writing to us at support@herbsandhealth.in.
Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit or products that have physical defects. Return requests will be validated over the phone and instructions on how to return the product will be provided via a confirmation email. The product (s) should be returned within 7 working days of receiving the confirmation email. On receipt of the returned product, Herbs & Health will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim. Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is found to not be eligible for a return, the product will be couriered back to you. The inspection and validation of the claim will take place within 7 working days of receipt of the returned product (s). Refund cheques will be made in the registered name of the customer only.
You will be updated throughout the return process at the following stages:
1. A validation call on receipt of the return request
2. Instructions via a confirmation email following the validation call
3. Confirmation of receipt of the returned product
4. Update on inspection and validation of the claim within 7 business days of receipt of the product
5. Customers also have to return the freebies, if received along with the main order(products)
As all products offered by Herbs & Health are nutritional products for ingestion, products once opened will not be eligible for replacement or a refund. The onus of evaluating the suitability of a product for a particular lifestyle, state of health or preference lies entirely with you. All information relating to product ingredients and known potential allergen warnings are listed on individual product pages.
Cancellations will be possible provided an order has not been shipped. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
